Testing and Taming of the Shrew

I've been preoccupied by school things lately. The lovely spring weather has made my sixth graders silly with love and slow to come in. Usually sixth graders fall in love with someone in the other class but this year, romance has blossomed right in the middle of my class. To make things worse, they just happen to be the leads in our Shakespeare play. Lovesick or not, they just all want to be outside and I don't blame them. I just need them to stay focused two more weeks until testing and Taming of the Shrew are over. Then I will surrender.
